Awesome Bokken, much nicer using this for kata than anything I've had in the past, well balanced, light and shipping to Australia was nice and quick.

The bokken is well made, feels solid and has a good weight to it. The grip is well made and has been great during kata for Kendo and other styles. Would definitely recommend. Shipping was relatively quick and the product was well packed.

Red Oak Made in Japan Bokken - Daito. Better quality than expected given the price. Light weight and nice balance. Softer wood. Great for kata but don't go whacking things. Attractive colour. Recommended. Unbelievably fast shipping - three days from Japan to New Zealand.

I ordered this bokken on a Tuesday and got it in the same week! The packaging was great and was well protected by box and bubble wrap. Opening the package, I get to see and hold the bokken itself. The wood used was smooth and hardly had any knot (there was one very unnoticeable one near the end of the handle). I'm expecting this to last for a couple of years. Add a custom engraving and it's almost a shame to use it because of how good it looks. The bokken itself is well balanced and great for kata practice. As usual, another great product from AJB.
